“ I purchased a used Sorento from Richmond hill Subaru, and the experience was extremely easy and re-assuring. I had a unique situation as I purchased the Sorento over the phone sight unseen whilst being 7 hours away for work. I dealt with Daniel Powell as my Sales Consultant, who made the entire process extremely smooth. He went out of his way to meticulously detail everything he could about the vehicle, through Video and photo’s. He even went the extra mile being absolutely transparent with the vehicle history and broke the entire cost of the deal down dollar by dollar, which was a nice change from previous interactions with dealers that don’t tell you the whole story, and rope you into a vehicle that doesn’t even make sense. I felt as if his customer service came first before his concern on what he is making in commission, which in itself is rare for a salesman. The transition from the sales department to financing was extremely smooth and just as warm and welcoming. The Finance Manager Sara Madaleno, was not pushy what so ever. We explored some options, discussed my driving habits, and built multiple options of extended warranty’s that would make sense for me. It a great change to have a Finance Manager not be Hawkish, to try and upsell me on packages that don’t fit my personal needs. It was a breath of fresh air to not feel pressured into unnecessary warranties that didn’t fit my needs by using scare tactics. I felt Sara held herself as well as Daniel, to a standard that is beyond of what anyone expects of Sales and Finance Staff. All in all, I highly recommend Daniel Powell & Sara Madaleno from Richmond Hill Subaru to anyone looking for a New or Used vehicle, especially if you want a smooth, no-pressure, no-stress purchase. I can’t recommend them enough and wish I could give them 1000 stars for their unmatched level of service!
